Bus Trips

The 65 Club periodically arranges bus trips for members and their guests. Although there is no set schedule, bus trips are typically arranged several times each year.  Destinations vary from casinos to dinner theaters to historic sites. In the past we have taken the following trips:

A group of lucky people joined together for a trip to the Revel Casino for some opportunities for increasing their wealth, having a nice meal and enjoying a good performance.

It started with Bingo on the way down.. Bill Brown called the numbers and winners picked up $5..

Once at the Revel, we received our $10 for Play, our Show Tickets and our $20 Food Vouchers. Then it was off for our day.

We all had a great time at the meal and then off to the Show.

  • Tour of the Amish Country with Lunch & Shopping

We left Wedgewood Swim Club at 9 AM heading to the Amish Farm and House, with a tour and lecture on the Amish Life style, as well as a tour of a home, farm and a one room school house.
After a walk around the farm  It was back on the bus for a one hour tour conducted by a step-on guide through the area.
Later we went to the Good 'N Plenty Restaurant and experienced the best in PA Dutch cooking:

Enjoyed a mouth-watering, traditional family style meal of Pennsylvania Dutch goodness! Then we headed home to Haddonfield around 4 PM.
  • Visit to Girard College

  • Traveled to Seabrook NJ, a Japanese American community during the second world war

  • Journeyed to Radio City Music Hall for the Christmas Show,

  • Taken the Spirit of Philadelphia Cruise,

  • Attended the Hunterdon Hill Playhouse Theater Christmas Show,

  • Visited the Du Pont Mansions and Hagley Museum.

Any destination feasible as a one day trip is be considered
