ARTICLE I
Name
The Club shall be known as the Haddonfield 65 Club, Inc.
ARTICLE II
Object
The object of this Club shall be to broaden acquaintanceship among retired men, to renew old acquaintances, to plan and take part in such civic, social, and other activities which will give the members a sense of well being. Amended January, 1997
ARTICLE III
Membership
Section 1 -(a) This Club shall consist of retired men, duly elected.
(b) A retired man shall be defined as one who no longer regularly discharges the vocation he formerly followed. Age shall not be considered a membership requirement.

Section 3 - Any member who is 90 years of age and has been a dues-paying member for at least ten years shall be automatically granted honorary membership status. Also, the Board of Directors has the authority to grant honorary membership status to any member or non-member.

Section 4 - Membership in the Haddonfield 65 Club shall be limited to:
(a) – Retired residents or property owners of the Borough of Haddonfield, NJ.
(b) – Retired non-residents of the Borough of Haddonfield, NJ provided:
(i) They retired after departing Haddonfield as a resident and were a resident of Haddonfield for a period of 10 or more years, OR
(ii) They have regularly participated as an invited guest in club activities (e.g. bowling, cards, golf) for a period in excess of 12 consecutive months, AND
(iii) The total number of special members in the Club that enter under provision (b) shall not exceed 15% of the total membership of the club.
(c) – All members shall be possessed of the same rights, privileges, duties and obligations of membership.

Section 5 - Members moving from Haddonfield may retain their membership in the Club by continued payment of annual dues.
Amended November 1975,
Section 6 - The provision for a member to become a Life Member of the Club by the payment of $100 and to be relieved of the payment of annual dues, is hereby deleted.
