ARTICLE I
Meetings
Section 1 - Twenty-five members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
Section 2 - Roberts Rules of Order shall govern whenever a circumstance arises within either the Board of Directors or the business meetings of the Club which may not have been regulated by this Constitution or By-Laws.
ARTICLE II
Membership
Section 1 - All members of the Club are expected to obtain new members. Membership applications shall be submitted to the Membership Chairman; the application shall be endorsed by two members and accompanied by the required amount of dues. The general qualifications and eligibility of the applicant under the Constitution and By-Laws shall be determined by the Committee. All applications approved by the Committee shall be posted for comments by the Club members.

Section 2 - At the Board of Directors Meeting following the posting, the Membership Committee shall make its recommendations relative to the election of the applicant. The Board shall vote on the application if it determines that enough time has elapsed for members’ comments. The action of the Board shall be final.

Section 3 - Resignations shall be presented to the Secretary in writing.
ARTICLE III
Dues
Section 1 - The dues shall be determined annually by the Board of Directors. Amended June 1980
Section 2 - Members elected after July 1 shall pay one half of the current annual dues.

Section 4 - Honorary members shall be exempt from the payment of dues.
